01 — Inquiry & Consultation
Every brand campaign begins with a consultation. Before a package is confirmed, the scope, vision, and production requirements are discussed to ensure the right tier — or a custom quote — is the right fit.
02 — Book & Deposit
Once the package is confirmed, a deposit secures the production date and the pre-production process begins. Turnaround timeline is confirmed at this stage based on current production schedule.
03 — Pre-Production
Depending on the tier, pre-production includes a planning session, creative brief, shot list, and concept deck. This is where the campaign strategy is built before a single frame is captured. Nothing is left to chance on shoot day.
04 — Production Day
The full production setup arrives — camera, lighting, audio if needed, and complete direction. The brand's job on shoot day is to show up with their product, team, or talent. Everything else is handled.
05 — Photo Proofs & Selects
Photo proofs are delivered for client review. Selects are submitted within 14 days — the editing and retouching process begins immediately upon receipt. Projects with selects submitted after 14 days are subject to a $150 reactivation fee.
06 — Video Drafts & Revisions
Video drafts are delivered for review based on the confirmed production timeline. Tier 1 includes no revisions. Tier 2 includes 1 round. Tier 3 includes 2 rounds. Additional revisions available at quoted rate.
07 — Final Delivery
All final assets — fully edited photos and color graded videos — delivered at full quality via secure online gallery and file transfer. Ready to deploy across every platform immediately. For brands ready to keep the momentum going, retainer packages are available to lock in ongoing production at a priority rate.
